​JOIN THE CHRISTMAS MARKET WAITLIST

​

We’re delighted to be bringing a beautifully curated Christmas Market to The Barnsdale Hotel, Rutland this November. ​For 2026, we’re creating a smaller, more focused shopping experience, with around 40 independent businesses across the three-day event.

​

At this stage, all new applications will be added to our waitlist. We’d still love to hear from you, as spaces may become available and we’ll continue to review applications as we finalise the market. ​If a suitable space becomes available, or we’re looking for another business within your category, we’ll be in touch.

​

Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place, as we carefully curate the final mix of businesses, products and stand styles across the market.

Event Details

The Barnsdale Hotel, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 8AH

Friday 20th November:       3pm-8pm
Saturday 21st November:   9am-4pm
Sunday 22nd November:    9am-4pm

​

The market will take place in The Barn, with a small number of outdoor pitches in the Courtyard.

Stall Prices 

Indoor Pitch: £135 for all three days 
Includes a 6ft trestle table and chair.

 

Outdoor Pitch: £135 for all three days
Suitable for a 3m x 3m gazebo. Exhibitors must provide their own gazebo.

Stands are £135 for the full three-day event, which works out at just £45 per day.​​​

​

A quick note on food & drink vendors: The Barnsdale Hotel will be serving hot food and drinks throughout the event, so we’re not taking applications from hot food or drink vendors this year. We are welcoming applications from businesses selling food and drink products suitable for gifting.

 

There will be plenty more opportunities for food and drink businesses at our larger events in 2027, which we’ll be announcing soon. Make sure you subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to hear about future events and when applications open.
